Thank you for shopping with GroundGuard. We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a second email with tracking details

During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada, UK & EU: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, seasonal demand, and carrier delays.


International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide.

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply
  • These charges are set by your local government and are not included in your order total
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, shipping costs are non-refundable.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

If your tracking shows no movement after several days, feel free to contact us — carriers occasionally delay scans.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier

If your package is significantly delayed (beyond 10–15 days past the estimated window), contact us and we’ll help investigate.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
